Mecklenburg County Boy Scouts of America

Rendezvous is a yearly, weekend long event run by the VOA!  This year we’ve planned games, team building events, water sports, COPE and climbing, shooting sports, and more. It's a great chance to meet the local crews, ships, and troops, and maybe have a little friendly competition too. Think of it as an all-access pass to the programs at Camp Grimes with a chance to meet a ton of new friends!

Now, Rendezvous is usually a MCC Venturing exclusive event, but this year we're opening it up to 14+ Scouts BSA patrols, Sea Scout Ships, and any out of council units. We'd like to get as many attendees as possible!

Rendezvous is scheduled for May 13th - 15th. The price to attend is $35 for youth and $30 for adults with a registration deadline of May 9th.

 

We want this Rendezvous to be the best it can be - and that means having activities that you want! Below there's a link to register! Fill it out ASAP so we know you’re coming, and please share it with your troop/crew/ship members too! You can use the attached flyer to share info. We want this to be a great Rendezvous for all of our participants!
