02/23/2023 | WAC Unit Leader Meeting | Get all the important details to register your unit for WAC this year. (Zoom call) |
03/01/2023 | WAC Unit Registration Opens | Register your unit for WAC 2023 - select the session, campsite preference and check-in time. |
03/22/2023 | WAC Staff Kick-Off Meeting | All youth staff must attend to learn about their responsibilities and expectations for serving on WAC staff. (Zoom call) |
04/01/2023 | Unit Schedule Selection Opens | Choose the schedule that you want for your unit during WAC this summer. |
05/05/2023 | WAC Shakedown Begins | Friday, May 5th to Sunday May 7th. Shakedown weekend for all youth staff to be held at Belk Scout Camp. |
05/06/2023 | Shooting Sports Training | Open to adults only - become a shooting sports instructor for Cub Scout events at Belk - BB's and archery. |
05/31/2023 | Registration Closes | On-Time registration closes; late registration begins and late fees apply. |
06/02/2023 | Lifeguard Training | TENTATIVE - Three day course at Belk beginning Friday, June 2nd and wrapping up Sunday, June 4th. |
06/03/2023 | Tower Staff Training | Learn the ropes to work at the climbing tower this summer. |
06/10/2023 | Advance Swim Tests | Get your swim tests done before camp to free up time on Check In day. Held at Belk Scout Camp. |
06/17/2023 | Advance Swim Tests | Get your swim tests done before camp to free up time on Check In day. Held at Belk Scout Camp. |
07/12/2023 | WAC All Staff Set Up Day | Let's get Belk ready for WAC this year! All youth staff are expected to be at Belk to help set up and prepare for camp. |
07/13/2023 | Session 1 Begins | The first units arrive for Session 1. |
